PCG.guru is a small, independent business — not a venture-backed startup optimizing for growth at your expense. We built this tool because responding to Google reviews is one of those tasks that matters a lot but never gets done. We wanted to fix that.

There's a real person behind this. If you have a question, a complaint, or just want to talk through whether this tool is right for your business, email us at hello@pcg.guru. You'll get a response from a human.

PCG.guru uses OpenAI's GPT-4o mini model to generate review responses. When you paste a review into our tool, it is sent to OpenAI's API along with context about your business type and voice preferences. OpenAI processes the request and returns a response, which we display to you.

We want to be clear about what that means: your review text leaves our servers and is processed by OpenAI. OpenAI's data usage policies apply. As of our last review, OpenAI does not use API data to train their models by default — but we encourage you to review their policies directly at openai.com/policies.

The responses you receive are AI-generated suggestions. We recommend reviewing them before posting. A good response is still your voice — the AI just drafts it.

We collect only what we need to run the service: your email address, payment information (handled entirely by LemonSqueezy — we never see your card details), and the Voice Profile you build during onboarding.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. We do not use your review text or business information to train AI models. We don't want your data beyond what it takes to give you a better product.

Your Voice Profile — the tone preferences, sign-off style, and business details you share during onboarding — lives on our servers and is used exclusively to personalize your responses. Nothing else.

If you cancel your subscription or close your account, we will delete your Voice Profile and personal data from our systems within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's done.

We retain only what we are legally required to keep — primarily billing records and transaction history, as required by financial regulations. Everything else goes.

You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@pcg.guru, even without cancelling. We'll confirm receipt within 24 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.

If you subscribe and decide within 14 days that PCG.guru isn't right for your business, email us and we'll refund you in full. No questions, no hoops, no "store credit." A real refund.

After 14 days, we don't offer refunds for partial billing periods — but you can cancel anytime and your access continues until the end of the period you've paid for.

We'd rather give you your money back than keep a customer who isn't getting value. That's just good business.

We believe you have a right to know when AI is involved in something you're putting your name on. Every response generated by PCG.guru is AI-generated. The tool is designed to give you a strong starting point — not to replace your judgment.

We'll always be transparent about what the AI can and can't do. It's good at drafting professional responses quickly. It can miss nuance, context, or specific history with a customer that you'd know better. Read before you post.

If anything about how we use AI changes, we'll update this page and notify active subscribers by email.
